Your Role

• Source Vehicles – Contact dealerships and manufacturers to acquire vehicles per CarManana’s specifications.

• Negotiate Pricing – Target below-MSRP deals using dealer incentives, promotions, and market knowledge.

• Verify Details – Confirm model, trim, color, optional packages, and availability before submitting.

• Document & Track – Record all communications, agreements, and pricing for internal tracking.

• Follow-Up – Ensure updates are provided until the vehicle is successfully secured.

• Time Zone – Use EST for all dealer communications.

• Vehicle Specs – Always provide full details (make, model, year, trim, color, options).

• Dealer Add-Ons – Confirm and aim to negotiate off PDI, freight, and extra fees/add-ons.
